These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zenvimo website (zenvimo.com) and participation in our educational workshops. By accessing our website or participating in our workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Zenvimo provides educational workshops focused on risks and opportunities in Chilean real estate collective investment projects. Our services include:

Workshop Registration and Participation

Registration

Workshop registration requires providing accurate contact information and agreeing to these Terms. Registration is confirmed on a first-come basis subject to available capacity.

Payment

Workshop fees must be paid in full before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been made. Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the first workshop session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first session are non-refundable.

Zenvimo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.

Participant Conduct

Workshop participants are expected to:

Treat instructors and other participants with respect
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
Not disrupt the learning environment
Not record or redistribute workshop materials without permission

Zenvimo reserves the right to remove participants who violate these conduct expectations without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Zenvimo website and workshop materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and educational content, are the property of Zenvimo and protected by Chilean and international copyright laws.

Workshop participants may use materials provided for personal educational purposes only. Participants may not:

Reproduce or distribute workshop materials commercially
Modify or create derivative works from our materials
